Icing

Icing is a content editor with a new UI. It lets you create structured documents, like the web’s HTML, but without the markup. Simply use the visual user interface to create precisely formatted documents. Then export to HTML and upload to the web. Or use the open source PHP SDK to dynamically serve the same .icing file on a web server. It’s what my site use for its content: http://www.burntcaramel.com/
